The Malaysian Navy Warship, KD Pahang, with 90 crew members on board docks at Preah Sihanoukville Autonomous Seaport, in Preah Sihanouk province, for a four-day visit from Nov. 21 to 24.
KD Pahang was welcomed upon arrival by Cambodian Rear Admiral Ros Veasna, Deputy Commander for Ream Naval Base in Preah Sihanouk province.

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over this morning in Kamchay Mear district, Prey Veng province the inauguration ceremony of the national road No. 8, from Prek Tamak Mekong River Bridge to Vietnam border.
This 133-kilometer road will contribute to the social and economic development in the Cambodia’s eastern part, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said on the occasion.
The road was constructed by the Shanghai Construction (Group) General Company for 4 years with a total cost of US$107 million, of which US$83 million are the concessional loan from China and the rest from the royal government’s budget.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen expressed his deep thanks to the Chinese government and people for their assistance to Cambodia’s social and economic development.
Samdech Techo Prime Minister took the opportunity to congratulate H.E. Xi Jinping on his election as General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.
Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Pan Guangxue was also present at the inauguration ceremony.
